Vercel hosting
Vercel serves the site and may process technical request logs needed to keep the site available, secure, and working.
Information you submit
If contact, screener, waitlist, or email forms are enabled, the information entered in the form is used only for the purpose stated near that form.
Processors
Services used
Plausible and Vercel are part of the public site. Resend is used only if email capture is enabled with double opt-in. Stripe is used only if a checkout or paid dossier flow is enabled. DPAs and transfer mechanisms must be confirmed before email collection or paid checkout is promoted.

Why data is used
Analytics and technical logs are used for site operation, security, and product quality. Contact and email data are used by consent or to respond to a request. Payment records, if enabled, are used to complete the transaction and meet legal accounting duties.

How long records are kept
Aggregated analytics are kept for trend review. Contact messages are kept only as long as needed to answer and maintain a basic record. Consent records for email, if enabled, are kept while subscribed and for a complaint-defense period after unsubscribe. Payment records, if enabled, follow tax and accounting retention rules.
